
Easy Fudgy Matcha Brownie

Ingredients
- 113 g unsalted butter
- 114g white couverture chocolate
- 1012g matcha powder
- 180g powder sugar
- 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 1 g salt
- 110g ap flour + 20g mochiko/glutinous rice flour (can sub for 130g ap flour)
- Yuzu or orange zest (optional)
- 1/8 tsp baking powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 or 7x7 square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate.
- Sift in matcha to melted chocolate and stir.
- Beat eggs, egg yolk, and powdered sugar until pale and airy.
- Combine matcha chocolate with eggs mixture. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and zest.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
