Ingredients
- 100g allpurpose flour
- 100g granulated sugar
- 40g cocoa powder
- 3g baking soda
- 2g salt
- 1 egg
- 95g plain Greek yogurt
- 60g neutral flavored oil
- 60g whole milk
- 75g dark chocolate chunks
- 75g milk chocolate chunks
- 40g chocolate hazelnut spread (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line muffin tins.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Whisk wet ingredients and sugar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin and add chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for 1516 minutes.
- Cool and fill with chocolate hazelnut spread.
